They should get an email response from the Cole West Warranty team sometimes within two business days, or the following Monday for items received on the weekend.
The email response will ask them to select from possible dates and times for a Cole West representative to come to their home and evaluate the item.
If they have not received a response, they should check their spam and/or junk folders.
